National Design Award Nomination
This past week we were notified that our company has been nominated for Smithsonian’s Cooper-Hewitt National Design award. www.nationaldesignawards.org They said we were “nominated by members of a distinguised nominating committee, comprised of more then 2500 leading American Architects, designers, educators, journalists, authors, filmakers and other professionals representing all 50 states.” We were shocked of course especially given the names of past companies like Google, Jetblue, Apple. I can’t say we have a good chance of winning being that our Lobbying department consists of basically just me and my big mouth, but either way its nice to get some recognition from the design world on our little pen.
